We are a family with a one year old boy, and expecting a baby girl in July. Both Mom and Dad work full-time in a hybrid work schedule.
Driving not always needed but the ability to help pick up from daycare and drive the kids home would be ideal. Some afternoons might include being solo with the babies if dad is working from home or mom needs to run an errand, other days might just be taking care of one baby while mom takes care of the other. Overall, family needs another set of hands to help 2 full time working parents with 2 little ones
