Dad and I both work as union bartenders. I'm at the airport and my shifts are either 8-4pm, 9-5pm, or 2pm-10pm, with travel time to and from. My son is almost 9years old and has a brother that is almost 16 years old. He would be in the house but does not require care. I am hiring outside help to ensure a positive and engaging experience for my young son.
I would like a sitter that enjoys watching family movies, makes a little homework fun, and prepares light easy meals, fruit plate, microwave, air fryer,etc. I would need someone punctual and reliable, so that's why I said driving was important to be here on time, but not required for transportation of my son. Uber/Lyft can be too expensive and would not be cost effective.
I live in Cadence Henderson, NV. and my schedule changes each week as I am on call. For 3+ shifts, I would like to pay the lower hourly range, and the higher for less shifts. But I am flexible and willing to pay whatever is fair and competitive. Shifts would never start until 2pm and could go to 5, 6, or 11pm including travel time. Also, Thursday and Friday are free days, unless it was a date night, but also not required.
