Regular sitter for a princess that is a fast learner

We are started over with Sequoia. She is 16 months and has been on every adventure with us.
Nothing too special just direct supervision. She loves interact with her playroom. She loves Miss Rachel eating snacks, lunchtime, and is potty training.
