We have two kids: a 5 y/o son and 8 y/o daughter. They are fun, creative, and kind. They enjoy making art, going to playgrounds, and attending various after-school activities. They get along with each other well and love meeting new people.
We are looking for a sitter who can work most Mondays and Thursdays from 2 - 8 p.m. as well as occasional additional days/times as needed/if available. During the school year, this includes picking both kids up from their schools, bringing them to any after-school activities that they have scheduled, bringing them home, and helping them with homework/dinner/bath/bedtime routine. During the summer, they will need to pick the kids up from day camps and proceed with the nighttime routine.
In addition to being energetic, kind, and attentive, the sitter must be comfortable walking safely around western Queens and taking the kids on public transportation (subway and/or bus) when after school activities or day camps require a commute.
