Sitter needed once a week for 8-9 hours. We have a 2 year old baby girl, 6 y/o boy, 8 y/o girl, and 9 y/o boy. The 3 older kids come home from school at 3pm. So the majority of the day is with just 1 child (very loving and easy I might add).
Requirements: diaper changes, help feed the 2 year old meals (there will always be food ready in fridge) and snacks (fruit), put her down for a nap at 1pm, light housework (keeping toys tidy and washing some dishes).

When the older kids come home, help them stay on task - put jackets away, unpack lunches and wash their own dishes, sit down for homework. Need to be firm/strict but nice. Ability to multitask is a must. Requesting 2 references please.
