3 nights a week for a little 3month old that sleeps thru the night

I am a nurse so I'm working 3 days a week 7pm to 7am. So My child is 3months old he does have eating difficulty so he is getting tube feed thru a tube in his nnose.it will not always be the same day im trying to get a set schedule hoping to have that within next month or so.
Bath time and bedtime ruitine. Feed him thru his tube hoping to bottle feed soon. He is sleeping thru night at this point.
