Hi, my daughter's name is Esther, she is 16 months old, very outgoing, and easily adjustable with new people. She loves dancing and listening to music, reading books, and hanging out. Esther is raised trilingual and we welcome intercultural people in her care. We are a Christian family, dedicated to raising Esther to know our faith. There will be books and songs that the caregiver will have access to that reflect that. If the caregiver speaks a foreign language, that's a plus.
We work from home and we are flexible with our schedules. We need help for about 10 hours a week, on Monday-Friday, between 12-6:30 pm so we can get uninterrupted work done. The caregiver will be mostly in the house (living room and Esther's bedroom). A win for us is that Esther gets connected with her care provider, she is engaged in activities appropriate for her age, and she sees in her care provider a good role model (personable, respectful, kind, patient, positive, no foul language)!
