School pick up and after school care for 3year old boy!

Hi! We are a young family looking for someone to help us with pick up and after school care!
The days are not specific but for what my schedule needs, most weeks on 3 days (might be) needed! My boyfriend is blue collar so as long as he is off in time to pick up our son than you won’t have to! However we want to pay a flat fee every week whether you help all days or not a single afternoon at all.
I am in MIT rn so with daycare and this, we are looking to pay no more than $75 dollars a week for pick up from school and hanging out with him til we are home if it is necessary.
Requirements
- Comfortable with pets
- Sitter has own car
