My self and my wife work full time with differing schedules. I travel 2 weeks a month sometimes having to leave on a saturday and return the next saturday. My wife works as a retial manager having to open or close her building. She leaves for work at 5am and returns @6pm - 7:30 if she closes its after 9pm when she is back. we have an eleven month old boy. Currently a kinship foster that we are on the road to adopt.
we would need someone to watch our son from 5am and drop off at daycare around 7am. Sometimes pick up between 5 and 6pm and watch feed and put to bed if a closing night or just till one of us is home between 6 and 7:30 pm
schedule can change week to week.
