Part time for 1 energetic pre schooler

We have a lovely 4yr old. Wife and I work. Wife works from home. We are looking for some time back in the evening after our son comes home by 16:30.
Spend time with him until 1830. Then light housework - rearrange his play area and occasional do laundry.
We are in oak hill area. Looking for help in the evening on 1-2 days a week.
