We are seeking a mature, experienced caregiver to assist with preschool readiness for our 3-year-old. The primary goal is social preparation: helping her become comfortable interacting with a new teacher figure and practicing separation.

Responsibilities:
• Engaging child in structured play (blocks, drawing, simple questions).
• Creating a warm, safe environment to help reduce anxiety.
Ideal Candidate:
• 10+ years of experience or a background in education.
• Patient, soft-spoken, and encouraging.

Schedule: 2-3 hours every Saturday afternoon from 1/31/2026
