Our newest baby will be born October 2024 - mom will be getting back to work the end of January 2024. Dad works days (Wed-Sat), mom works nights (Wed-Sat) and needs to sleep during the day. You would not be doing much more than caring for then 3 month old when or if they wake during the day so mom can keep sleeping. For example, feedings and diapers changes - soothing baby and providing basic needs.
