Nyra is a 3.5 year old girl with a vibrant personality. She is reserved and cautious with new people. She is potty trained, loves playing dress up in her princess dresses and loves to read a book (or two) before bed. Roux is a 21 month old boy who smiles at everyone and loves to be held. His vocabulary is expanding immensely, he is our risk taker and loves be rocked to sleep. We expect Baby #3 to arrive June 10, but infant will be with mom & dad on date nights until 3-4 months old.
We are looking for a weekly, long-term babysitter that will allow our children to establish a new, reliable and loving relationship with the person caring for them while their parents get quality time for date nights together. We are looking for someone consistently available on Tuesday evenings every week with additional weekend days as needed for events/adult gatherings etc. We also desire the person filling this role to be comfortable with caring for an infant (3-4 months + older).
You will have a consistent schedule every week when watching our children as they have a structured evening/bedtime routine. Our household comes with extra love as we have 2 large breed senior dogs, ages 15 and 11 (Siberian Husky & Border Collie Mix). They are gentle, house-trained and very friendly. We have plenty of activities, art projects/crafts and a large fenced-in backyard for the dogs and kids to play.
