Our baby is about 3 months old, the only child. My husband work from home, I work from home too, but part time. Iam loking for a baby sitter when my work load gets busy.
Mostly during the day time, including taking care of the baby, talking with the baby, playing with the baby, such as tummie time, early chilhood development activities, feeding the baby, if the baby is tired, putting the baby to sleep, changing diaper, etc.

We live in Bridgeland, hope to find someone live in this neighborhood or closeby within 20 minutes drive. As far as schedule, we might need someone to work from 10am to 4pm or start from noon to 4pm 2 days a week, maybe somedays occassions like when my husband and I need to go out for date.
We would set up a rate for baby 3month+ to 6 months, a rate for 6 months+9 months, then 9months+ to 12 months, and then toddler rate. The rate also depends on the responsibility.
