My children are to focus not only on themselves but also on remaining positive.
The children are only allowed to play outside in the backyard. Only the children and their caregivers are allowed in the house. Smoking and drinking are not permitted on or around the property.
The children are to eat fruits and vegetables {only} with one bottle of water and one container of juice of their liking with their snacks twice a day. Snack time is after breakfast and after lunch.
