My wife and I have three children, ages 6, 5 and 9 months. Our son, the oldest is autistic, but very high functioning. He mostly deals with sensory quirks, picky eating, and is wary of being around multiple people. He is very sweet and responds well to people that are genuine and patient. Our 5 year old daughter is a firecracker and very intelligent, as well as being a great helper for her siblings. Lastly our baby girl is one of the easiest babies I've ever known, as long as she is fed!
We need someone who will interact with the children during the day while they play, prepare snacks/meals for them according to our instructions, ensure that the older two are being respectful and safe, and make sure the baby eats and takes naps according to schedule. My wife is in school and I work two jobs, so we would love someone reliable that can help out in the summer, and possibly after the school year starts again.
We will be moving in the next few months to a new apartment complex but we will still be in the same general area. This schedule may change but we will be sure to communicate with our sitter, and we will be as flexible as possible with their schedule.
