Full time sitter for 2 very energetic boys

Me and my husband both work struggling with finding a sitter so we can both work and have 2 incomes
Take care of the kids play with them feed them change pampers make sure the 3 year old wipes his butt correctly
Schedule is not set some times I’ll go in at 9am some times I’ll go in at 1pm but my husband or me will always be there at 630 to pick up our boys some times earlier. Depending on our schedules
