After school Part time for my kids

We are new immigrants, family with 4 kids.. The eldest is 8 years and the others are triplets 5 years old " 2 boys - 1 girl".. The boys delayed in speech and need botty training but the girl is independent.
I need babysitter to get the kids from school to home and change their cloths and give them some snacks, train the small boys to use the toilet, sing some songs for the small boys as well and play with them.
I am in cllonade in Plano, living in apartment

- Multiples experience
- Sitter has own car
Responsibilities
- Driving the Kids
