We have a 14 month old daughter and 4 year old son. Our son attends daycare full time but our daughter has had more trouble adjusting to the older children (she was attending an in-home daycare with her brother, and it catered to the older kids' schedule).
Simply care for our 14 mo daughter which includes playing with her, changing diapers, preparing snacks and lunch, and putting her down for her nap at 12.
