Occasional sitter for 16 Month Old

My husband and I are both in the Air Force and moving to the Arlington area. We are looking for a good sitter to watch our daughter (Skye - 16 months) when we have work events, date nights or other commitments. We have a 10 year old, spunky rat terrier that doesn’t know what personal space is , so you must love dogs!
Our sitter would be required to help with whatever Skye’s normal routine is and potentially feed the dog/let him out in the backyard. Light cleaning up after Skye is all that is required.
