We are a young family with one toddler and one dog. Our work schedules vary and get complicated one or two weeks out of each month so we need someone who is flexible.
Looking for someone who is ok with watching my son for a couple hours in the evenings and on the occasional weekend. Overnights are possible, but much less likely.
The schedule will change from month to month based on my work requirements. I am fine with you watching more than just my child as long as it is done safely of course.
