We are a family of 4, in need of childcare in Fredericksburg/Falmouth area. I am looking for someone that would be willing to start off with my kiddos overnight and transition to during the day.

Overnight care will literally consist of you making sure they are safe and tucked away for bed. Occasionally one of the children may wake up in the middle of the night for comfort.

I will eventually transition to day shift therefore I would need childcare during the morning. Daycare would consist of helping getting the kids out the door for school. Dropping off and picking up the youngest to preschool 3 days a week. And 2 days a week full-time care for the youngest.

I need a dependable, reliable and trustworthy person. I would be expecting you to interact with my children. They love to be silly and love everyone they meet. You have to be able to get here on time and keep calling out to a minimum.
