We have two children 11 months and 5 years old. Two boys with a lot of energy and who really enjoy playing. The 5 year old is potty trained and is very shy. The 11 month old does not typically enjoy strangers. One or both parents would be home while watching the kids so we can get work done.
play with the kids, give them snacks and change the babies diaper as needed
The sitter would be needed on weekends maybe 11-3, 12-4 or on fridays 10-2
