My husband and I do not have any family/friends near by, so we don't have any opportunities for alone time. Our daughter is 8, and on the autism spectrum. She is highly functional and a joy to be around. But she will have more specific needs than others due to her OCD, anxiety and ADHD. It would be nice to establish a connection with someone so we can occasionally go out sans child. :)
