We have one little one (3 months currently) and we do have two medium sized dogs as well. So finding a sitter comfortable with dogs is also important as both are herding breeds.
We are looking for a sitter about one day a week. I have a variable work schedule and grandparents will cover some days of the week but we may have days that we need back up. I do work at the hospital so hours change but I mostly work day shift and my husband is always home in the evening.
