Looking for an experienced, energetic, patient & responsible caregiver for our 2 boys. We have a special needs preschooler & a toddler - both are also sensory seekers & are very busy! Special needs & neurodivergence experience is a must. Our ideal candidate is CRP/First Aid certified, background in early childhood education (certification or degree), is a non smoker, and ok with dogs (we have 2 German Shepherd’s that stay primarily outdoors).
Meal prep, feeding, light housekeeping (clean up after activities/meals), play, read, coordinate activities, etc. Diaper changes, basic hygiene, occasional bathing of children. Upstairs & outdoor play (we live on 20 acres with a large fenced yard for kids to play in). During the school year, older child will primarily be in class during the day, younger child still naps 2-3hrs during the day. Will typically only have both children 1 day/week (moms in office day), during school breaks, appt days.
Tues-Thurs 7ish-3:30ish (exact days & times TBD). Mom primarily works from home with 1 day a week outside of the home. Hourly rate TBD & is initially based on experience with pay increase opportunities!
