Help Needed for Special Needs Care for 3 Kids After School

- 3 children (Preschool, Elementary)
- $20.00 - $21.00 per hour
Seeking a calm, reliable, and self-sufficient nanny for three children (ages 10, 8, and 5). Afternoons starting around 3:00 p.m., 4–10 hours/week.
Responsibilities include engaging kids in activities (minimal screen time), helping with homework, preparing simple meals with real ingredients (recipes provided), and cleaning up after meals. Role includes school pick-ups and driving to local activities in Lake Geneva, Racine, and Burlington.
Our 8-year-old has autism & ADHD, so confidence with calm redirection and clear boundaries is important (no yelling).
Must have reliable transportation and be comfortable with four friendly cats.
