We are looking for a long-term, responsible, fun, engaging, nanny to regularly hang out with my 3. 5-year-old. She is incredibly smart and has an extensive vocabulary. She isn't a great eater, so that could be a challenge. She loves to do art, read, and play; she does get screen time when she is eating (trust me - I know).

We take a true Gentle Parenting
approach (think Big Little Feelings) and ask that our caregiver do the same so we have consistency. I’m looking for someone who will vibe with my daughter (and family - my Mom lives with us and cannot physically help because of health issues) and treat her like the amazing tiny human she is.

We can flex to start at 2 and/or end at 6/6:30p. Our daughter naps between 12-2 and she’s a co-napper, so if you opt to start at 1, I’d need some help with laundry or light straightening up/organizing of the kiddo stuff.
