I recently moved to Daleville from Vermont, where I worked as a substitute teacher for 3 years. During my time as a sub, I worked with children in preschool all the way up to 8th grade. For the most part I was a classroom teacher while sometimes, I was 1-1 with students with special/behavioral needs. I also worked as a BI for Washington County Mental Health Services, and have 1-1 experience with special/behavioral needs children aged 3-6. Prior to my work as a substitute teacher, I babysat in high school. One family I sat for had three children, who at the time were aged 6mo, 4, and 6. I love to cook/bake and consider myself to be creative and artistic. From the time I was a little girl, I was always trying to help my mom with my baby sister, which has carried over into my interests now. My significant other is at Fort Rucker for flight school so I am looking for a second, part-time job to help with expenses.
