Hey! My name is Molly Carew, I am from Appleton WI and I am going into my junior year at The University of Alabama! I am majoring in public relations with a minor in sales! I have been nannying for 6 years and absolutely love kids! I have experience with kids from the ages 1-13 years old and have previously worked at One Hope Academy in Tuscaloosa. I can help out with school pick up/ drop off, homework, nannying and whatever else is needed!

I'm very experienced and comfortable with childcare and love what I do! I like to interact in ways that suit each child's developmental progress. I especially enjoy promoting creativity with things like music and art. I also enjoy cooking and organizing and have no problem helping with light cleanup. I can swim, travel, or stay overnight need be. I'm available for occasional care, date nights, extended trips, and short term assignments. I also am available to cook, and have experience as a personal chef. I love organizing, gardening, animals, photography, and more! I like to consider myself an extension of you, their parent(s)! I love working with people, I've been in the care business in one form or another for sometime now.  Love well behaved pets too! Besides previous childcare, I was a Nature Specialist at a summer kids camp where I lead nature hikes & taught about ecology. I have also done an AmeriCorps stint with the Montana State Parks where I lead Art and Nature Programs for persons of all ages.

I worked in the Tuscaloosa school system for 3-4 years while I was a student at the University of Alabama. I also taught a year of Pre-K after college. All my life i’ve been jokingly called a “mama” by my family because of how much I enjoy caring for children. Since I was about 12 years old, I have babysat for children between the ages of 3 months and 5 years. I have had various types of positions over the past six years including volunteer work, babysitting, and nannying. Over the course of time I have earned certificates and gained some experience in various fields. I'm a 20 year old rising college sophomore home for the summer looking to continue part-time nannying for any families in need! I've been babysitting occasional days / date nights since I was 15 but after my junior year of high school I began babysitting on a set schedule Monday-Friday. I've worked with kids from ages 2-15, driving them to and from sports practices, helping with homework, play around the house, or make dinner! I've had a love for children and entertaining them since I was in middle school, and love helping out parents. I am the oldest of 5 kids so I have a ton of experience with little ones and have grown up babysitting my entire life. I am willing to help out with any number or age kids. Pick them up or drop them off wherever needed. Help with chores around the house and make the time exciting for the kids.
