I’m new to babysitting and will be working on get cpr and first aid certification I love kids and have helped at my church with the kids for a while now

I love being a sitter because caring for children has always come naturally to me, and I truly enjoy creating a safe, positive, and nurturing environment where kids feel comfortable and supported. Watching children learn, grow, and express their personalities is incredibly rewarding, and I take pride in being someone families can trust with their child’s care. While I do not have formal babysitting experience, I have hands-on experience caring for my younger sibling and cousin, which has taught me patience, responsibility, and the importance of adapting to each child’s unique needs. In addition, I am a nursing college student and currently work PRN in a hospital setting, where I regularly practice professionalism, time management, and compassionate care. I am CNA and CPR certified and have training in basic patient care, safety awareness, and emergency response. My long-term goal is to become a pediatric nurse practitioner, and working with children now allows me to build meaningful experience while doing what I love—caring for others with kindness, attentiveness, and respect.

I like babysitting because I get to hang out with kids, help them learn and grow, and honestly, it’s just fun to be around their energy and imagination. Worked in nursing home for 10 years and then worked dialysis center for 11 year and work the nursery at church from newborn to 5 year olds for 2 years cpr cerified work with handicap pts for 2 years

My name is Tia and I am a mother of a 14 year old Son and I have bunches of nieces and nephews who i also give my time too as well! I try to get them as much as I can! When the weather is nice, we go to the park, take them to McDonalds, stroll around the neighborhood or let them play outside in the yard.When the weather is not so nice out, I go buy toys and coloring books and snacks to keep them occupied in the house.We may watch cartoons or a movie! I'm a big kid at heart myself LOL! I am 41 years old now and I've never went to anyone else's house and babysit for them but I do have them bring the babies to my house! I do have any certifications or special training but I know my references will speak very highly of me and they trust their babies in my care! I do private sitting part time for Seniors as well and I would also like to help parents out who need help with their babies!

I’ve been working with infants and toddlers for about 8 years now. I even had my own toddler class (2yr olds) and my own infant room on separate occasions! I’ve worked with older children less but I still have experience with them as well. Babysitting and being a nanny is more of a hobby for me than it is a job, I don’t necessarily do it for the money, I just really love babies and children and it’s a much easier setting when babysitting than it is when running a class. My schedule is always open, and I don’t mind last minute calls or taking care of your little person just because you need a break.
