Hi my names Rori and I'm currently saving up to go to college to get my degree in child psychology and get my teaching certificate. I am offering childcare, pet care and house hold services.I love working with kids as it's one of the most rewarding jobs there are, teaching them about the world around them and helping them learn how to be a successful part of said world. l've been professionally working with kids for little over a year with responsibilities such as prepping meals, homework help, classroom activities and crafting activities. On top of that I have experience with all age groups thanks to babysitting and family gatherings for over 13 years now. I also have experience with specialized care for developmentally disabled children such as walking assistance, G-Tube change and priming, communication and de-escalation strategies.

My fiance and I recently moved here to Fort Smith, Arkansas, in August from Staunton, Virginia, to start a life of our own an don our own, I grew up as an only child. At age 11, I moved in with my sisters. I started really working with children 1 on 1 with younger children at the honest age of 6, watching my nieces and nephews. I have history in a childrens hospotal as a pediatric CNA, and i absolutly loved my job. My duties as a ped cna include; Feeding, bathing, and medical care. My current duty as a nanny is, most importantly, taking care of the children. Some others include feeding, changing, laundry, housekeeping, bathing, traveling, and dish washing and open to any other duties.

I love being a sitter because I enjoy spending time with kids, helping them have fun, and watching them learn new things every day. I have experience babysitting for families in my community and helping take care of my younger brother. I’m trained in basic first aid and CPR, which helps me stay prepared in any situation. I’m patient, responsible, and creative, always ready to make sure the kids are safe and happy while their parents are away.

Making a positive impact on children's lives is what I strive for. I have two years of experience caring for children of all ages, from infants to teenagers. My approach is patient and calm. I'm very comfortable enforcing household rules and love engaging kids with outdoor sports, board games, and even some fun apps. I keep parents informed through verbal updates, texts, or phone calls, always following your preferred method. I have a car, I'm comfortable with pets. I also work at a doctors office and have experience with vital signs and medications. I'm comfortable caring for multiple children at a time. I support families by being a reliable childcare option. I'm the oldest of five (5) children with three (3) sisters and one (1) brother; we all of ADHD, and two of my siblings have Autism Spectrum Disorder. I've babysat for all my siblings, family members' kids, neighbors and friends' kids, and so on. I'm CPR and first-aid certified, I love cleaning and putting together meals, and can help with homework and any sort of training.
