Hi! My name is Skye, and I’m an Elementary Education student at UCA with several years of experience working with children of all ages. I’ve worked as a preschool teacher locally in Conway, where I managed a classroom of 11 young children and helped guide daily routines including meals, naps, learning activities, and creative play. I also have experience supporting students through substitute teaching and classroom support roles, which has helped me build strong skills in patience, behavior guidance, and creating safe, engaging environments for kids. To work in the Conway school district, I have been recently fingerprinted and fully background checked, and I take child safety and trust very seriously. Taking my child to school in the morning and on some days picking her up from after school care. At least two or three days out the week I’ll bet off at 11pm ( 16 hours ). Weekend rotation so one week 3 days off 4 days on . Then 4 days on or three days off.

I come from a family with 6 children in which, I am the older. I have 4 nieces and 2 nephew that U have been taking care of since I was myself a kid due to the heavy schedule of my parent. This experience makes me develop deep love for children and happiness to take care of them.

My girls go to TCU , and made straight A’s all their life. 1 is the Director of a Counseling Facility. One just passed the MCATS! And the baby just started TCU with a 4.6 academic.
