Hi I am is an 18-year-old college student with a passion for working with children. Graduating high school at just 17, I quickly pursued my love for childcare by becoming a daycare worker. With hands-on experience as both a daycare provider and a nanny for children ranging from newborns to 12 years old, I have developed strong skills in child development, caregiving, and creating engaging, nurturing environments. I love being a sitter because I've always enjoyed being around kids and helping them learn, grow, and have fun. Childcare has been a big part of my life because my mom is both a teacher and a previous daycare owner. I've watched her care for and teach children for as long as I can remember, and I've learned so much from seeing the patience, creativity, and dedication it takes to help children thrive. That experience inspired me to work with kids myself and has shaped the way I care for them. I've worked with children in a variety of settings, including as a Teaching Assistant at Pediatrics Plus, St. Joseph Services, and Full of Joy Home Daycare. I am a recent high school graduate with experience babysitting my mom’s friends’ children and working with kids through Vacation Bible School (VBS) at St. John Catholic Church. I am bilingual in both English and Spanish, which allows me to communicate comfortably with a wider range of families and children.
