Hello, I am a single mother to three kids (9, 7 &4) and a family friendly German Shepherd. On top of my own parenting experience, I have been babysitting for 10+ years. My experience in childcare began working in an elementary school for grades K-5th. While substitute teaching I also worked as a nanny. I grew up around kids almost my whole life, my mother helped run a day care up until I was about 13. There I would take care of the younger kids and I found such joy in that. Once I got to an age where I could actually make money babysitting, I would help my aunt and uncle with their kids! Since i’ve become christian a few years ago, I also help out in the churches nursery, and I volunteered with younger kids for VBS. I do not have my certificate but I was trained on first aid, CPR, and the Heimlich maneuver last year in one of my classes. I can drive, and have a car.

I love being a sitter because it gives time to get to know children while not having to be the main person disciplining. I have experience working as a babysitting starting when I was 12 years old.
