I have been babysitting for 9 years since I was 13. I have watched kids of all ages as well as multiples. I am looking for a full time position to help a family.

I have taken care of my siblings/ extended family for my whole life. Which led to my first job as a Recreation Staff. I worked with kids ages 3-15 for 2 1/2 years. I am experienced with special needs children and adults. I was responsible for transportation, meals, administering medication, behavioral health, etc. I was also a Little League coach for a few sports. As well as a nanny for family members infants when parents returned to work after their leave.

I am a recent empty-nester will a full time job working for a charity. I was a childcare director for a church for over 7 years and have a ton of experience with kids of all ages. Hello, I am a single mother to three kids (9, 7 &4) and a family friendly German Shepherd. On top of my own parenting experience, I have been babysitting for 10+ years. I have taken Early education courses at Scottsdale CC and my babysitting experience comes from a variety of families. I have cared for children with special needs, allergies, as well as other accommodations. In the past, I was attending college courses to become an early education teacher, however financial needs changed causing me to move in another direction. Currently, I am pursuing a degree in Business while I work full time. While I study Business, caring for children is my true passion. My top choices in entertaining children are through music, arts, and discovery. I believe that as their caretakers, it is our responsibility to foster a love of learning. I understand how hard it can be to leave your kids to accomplish errands, get some “me time,” and everything in between. I grew up around kids almost my whole life, my mother helped run a day care up until I was about 13. There I would take care of the younger kids and I found such joy in that. Once I got to an age where I could actually make money babysitting, I would help my aunt and uncle with their kids! Since i’ve become christian a few years ago, I also help out in the churches nursery, and I volunteered with younger kids for VBS. I do not have my certificate but I was trained on first aid, CPR, and the Heimlich maneuver last year in one of my classes. I can drive, and have a car.
