Hi, I’m Alyssa! I have been babysitting for 10 years and nannying the past 4 years. I am in my senior year in college at GCU and will be going to grad school next fall in Occupational Therapy School. I am hoping to work in early intervention once I am certified to practice! I love working with kids, especially babies and toddlers but I love working with all ages! In my free time I enjoy working out, baking, babysitting, going on walks, hiking, swimming, playing basketball, and hanging out with my friends and family. This past summer I nannied for a family with a 7 month old and 3 year old, I worked with them 40-50 hours/week and travelled with them on work trips and vacations. I also nannied for another families 3-4 days/week in the evenings for 5-7 hours. In the summer I took the kids I watched out to do fun things like go to the park, to museums, the zoo. aquarium, on lunch dates/other fun things! The boy I watched loves arts and crafts so I had fun making fun superhero crafts like capes/masks/superhero playdough! I love using my creativity skills to do fun activities with the kids I watch! I have watched all different ages of kids from 6 week old babies- 10 year olds. I definitely love the younger ages and have a lot of patience which I know is definitely needed with younger kids!
