I do an occasional babysitting job for children of all ages. I am great with babies to about 4 years old. I can watch older kids though and have. I have attended numerous childcare conferences with my mother. My mother, is retired now, she used to run a preschool /childcare program as the director. I have access to many childcare resources through her still. I believe that starting educational developmentally appropriate practices with children as early as 6 months old.
