Hello! My name is Natalie, I’d first like the start of by talking about the reason I chose this path. Ever since I was younger, I grew up with a big and supportive community. Everyone always told me I was really good with kids and it made me realize that working with kids came very naturally. I adapt to surroundings really well and can click with people and kids easily. I’m studying to be a social worker in the future so I can continue helping children in need and be that support system for them all while helping out the community. I’ve been watching kids since I was 16, of close family friends. I got my first job in childcare when I was 17 at Grace Lutheran Child Learning Center in Sahuarita, AZ. I grew up with 9 siblings. I have been around kids all my life, working with them in my home church, taking care of my younger siblings, swim instructing, daycare, nannying and babysitting all ages, etc. I have worked in healthcare for over a year and truly just miss working with kids.
