I am the oldest child of five and have grown up taking care of all four of my younger siblings as my parents both work full time jobs, I did drop off and pick up from school all throughout my senior year and am looking for something just to get me to the end of the summer before I move for college. Along with babysitting my younger siblings I also do volunteer work on Sunday mornings at a local church. I don't have CPR or First Aid training but am trying to get those done as soon as possible.

Hello! I have enjoyed babysitting, nannying, caregiving, and mothering over the course of most of my life. I began as a teen in my neighborhood and continued caring for children part-time while in college and working other jobs, right up until I had children of my own. My husband and I have raised four children, now adults and have flown the coop. I sincerely miss children! They are such a joy, so funny, curious, authentic, and precious. Because it was always very important to me to remain available and involved, mothering/homemaking was my main job during my children's growing years (for which I have no regrets)! I also have experience with developmentally disabled children, as I formerly worked with Easter Seals and Nolan Services. Now that I'm a young "empty nester," I find myself wanting to be involved with children again. I recently ended a caregiving job with a lady with Parkinson's, but because of an injury respite from physically demanding work became necessary.
