I really enjoy working with kids it’s a passion of mine since I was a kid. I have a lot of experience from raising family members to working in a professional manner of ABA and as a paraprofessional in school settings. I have CPR, First aid, and AED machine training. I know how to help with toileting, feeding, I have some knowledge of physical therapy.

I'm currently a cosmetology student who's new to professional babysitting. Although I am barely starting out, I have babysat my nieces and nephews since I was 12. I can change diapers, get kids dressed, and prepare nutritional meals appropriate for their age. I can handle several children at a time. I grew up babysitting my sister. That turned into babysitting her friends and local neighbors kids. My family owned a restaurant which I worked at and on the side I would babysit the other waitresses kids. In college, I babysat for 4 families that live in my condo complex. When I worked at my hometown veterinary hospital, I pet sat and babysat for the veterinarians and their clients. I've also done hospice care and worked in in home care in the differently abled arena for 8 years. My aunt is a nurse. My great grandma was a nurse. All the way back in the family line we are caregivers. My personality is INFP, which means I'm intuitive, sensitive and feeling, and perceive things well, all which help with caring for others. Being helpful makes me feel good. It's my identity and provides my sense of self. Even when I'm doing something else, I get drawn to being helpful and caring.

I am currently going into my senior year at UCSB and am looking for a part time nanny gig until I go back to school in mid September. I have been babysitting since I was 11 and became an aunt at 14. I have cared for multiple kids at a time ranging in ages from 5 months-11 years old. My favorite things to do as a nanny/babysitter are crafts with the kids, going on walks, going to the park, and truly anything they want to do. I have my own car and am skilled at meal prep, laundry, nap times, etc.
