Hi, my name is Maia. I'm an artist working in Santa Rosa, and have availability after work and on weekends if you need a babysitter! Before becoming a full time artist I was working full time as a nanny, for a variety of families with children of ages 4 and upwards. As well as babysitting in the evenings. Alongside nannying, last year I was the stop motion animation teacher at the Charles M Schulz museum, and was responsible for 22 children aged 6-9 and leading them in classroom activities, as well as taking them on trips around the museum. I was also the head of my local children's library for over 2 years, and was the head of planning and running arts and crafts activities for children of all ages. When I was younger, I volunteered as a girl scout leader for girls aged 5-7 for 3 years and was a regular babysitter for many of the girls and their siblings. I also recently worked at Kidspace Children's Museum, where my role was to engage with children of ages, and was trained by psychologists to understand play thoroughly.
