I was a licensed daycare provider in Fremont for 35 years. Remarried moved to Modesto and then to Livermore 9/2019. At which time I began caring for one of my pasted daycare children kids. I did this for 5 years until they started school from my home.

I have many years of experience babysitting various age groups and I have taught science summer programs to ages 5-18. I also have a daughter, graduated from college. I raised my daughter to be involved in extra curricular activities, e.g., photography, sports, tutoring and play dates. So, I understand the challenges of a work life balance. I provide receipts for childcare reimbursement/ taxes. I prefer that we discuss that in advance to make it easier on tracking. My standard childcare rate is $30 per hour * This includes childcare, entertainment or homework supervision, following basic daily routines, standard meal prep and cleaning any “mess” we make as a result of babysitting. For sitting locations over 8 miles from my home there is a $10 on time travel cost, per session. *Additional services can range for up to $40 per hour. Rates beyond $30 account for additional services and requests, e.g., household chores, tutoring, extensive services required for disabilities and pet care. ** I am respectful of allergy concerns, please be aware that I consume peanut products and I own a dog.** I have served as a “Course Life Assistant” to college students on ecosystem and field study trips in Central America. In this capacity, I was responsible for offering basic first aid and CPR, if needed. Although I have been CPR certified. I have driven kids to school and sports via Zum and Hopskip drive (driving kids apps).
