Hello! My name is Lindsay Dombrosky, and I absolutely love working with kids! I have over 8 years of child care experience from being a camp counselor through my towns parks and rec department, to tutoring the sciences at Huntington Learning Center. For 5 years I worked as a camp counselor with infants to middle school aged kids. I have experience as a full time nanny and routine babysitting with numerous families! From my numerous different types of child care experiences I have a whole toolbox full of creative, educational and engaging activities for kids of all ages! I am also a tutor for sciences K-12 and math K-Algebra 1, so helping your child with homework is right up my alley! I am a mom of two grown children and I spent years as a Girl Scout leader. I taught elementary school for several years and I have a masters degree in reading education. For the past fifteen years, I have been a substitute teacher in Region One Schools. I love working with children of all ages and enjoy helping them to reach their full potential and inspire their creative abilities.

I have 8 younger siblings and 4 little cousins, I also have 3 dogs and 3 cats, while I have only babysat a few kids who were between 5 and 12, I know how to make the day fun, and I'm good at cooking as a couple past jobs i had, I can help anyway needed but I do not have a car right now and am currently working on getting one. I do understand that I am 19, but I have always enjoyed bringing smiles to kids faces and seeing parents sighs of relief when they are able to catch a well deserved break

I’ve been babysitting for at least 20 years. I’ve taken care of kids from newborn age to preteens. I was a nanny for the same family for two children for the past ten years.

I was a nanny when I first graduated highschool for about a year and a a half, working with a 3 and 5 year old. I then went to work at Brightpath in Avon, CT. Worked there for about 3 1/2 years. Had amazing relationships with the families and kids. I worked mainly in the one year - two year old range, and would occasionally help with infants. The job was so amazing and rewarding, I still keep in touch with many families and babysit from time to time. I love spending any free time I have with kids, but would really love to become full time again, and help a good family.

I’m currently in school to become a medical assistant and In the past I used to work in a daycare with infant and toddlers. I also did babysitting as well, for family and friends and others as well. I’m CPR and First Aid certified. I do have my own car and can meal prep as well. I love children and doing crafts and fun activities.
