As a childcare worker for over a decade I started off working in Windsor Public Schools as a Before/After School Program Leader along with working as a STEM teacher in summer camp. Next I worked in daycares as both a Lead Infant/Toddler Teacher and as Floating Teacher. Most recently I was a Math/Reading Interventionist, giving individualized and small group instruction to children struggling academically. I also have experience with special needs children and providing ABA play-based therapy to children with autism. Although I’ve had many different roles in the early childhood field, the times where I feel most fulfilled are when a family reaches out to me and entrusts me with the responsibility of caring for their children in their home.
