Hello! My name is Katrina, and I am 24 years old. My passion for childcare began early—during high school, where every senior was paired with a kindergartener to mentor and support. Through daily check-ins and weekly lunches, I discovered how much I loved helping young minds learn and grow. After graduation, I began working at a daycare, where I gained 4.5 years of hands-on experience with children of all ages. I am a mom of 4 amazing grown children and grandmother of 7 awesome grandchildren. I have always loved children and have been watching or taking care of other children for 35 years. It seems that there are always family members or friends whose children I have taken care of. The last babysitting job I got on this site (10 years ago) has come to an end as she is a grown girl at boarding school now. I am currently looking for a part time position. I am especially good with infants and babies. I have taken CPR classes and first aid classes in the past but would take a refresher course if required. I love to read to children, I enjoy sparking the imagination and laughing with them. I also believe that kindness to each other is something we learn and that there is no such thing as too much love. There may be rules to follow but love is always present. I do have references from the families I worked for.
