Hello there, my name is Natalya Byrd. I have been in and out of childcare for about five years now. After graduating high school I found a passion working with kids during Covid people around my neighborhood would ask for a babysitter, I even became a nanny at one point. When I went to school, I started studying behavioral science now I have graduated with my associates degree. After that, I decided to work in daycare’s specializing in behavior and I loved it. My name is Lisa. I started babysitting In high school after moving to the USA and a licenced care giver in Pennsylvania while in college . Babysitting was the first step I took towards learning about my new home in the United States. Working with/for a family was a major factor as why I became a biology and child psychology. My dream was to become a behavior analyst for Autisic children. I worked as both a private care companion and as memory care activities coordinator in a nursing home. However post graduation I began working as a logistics care coordinator for an emergency management group .
