Hello, I am from New York and moved to Florida a year and a half ago. I am a retired Nursery School Director. My love of children started when I began babysitting when I was 12 years old. I continued babysitting until I graduated college. I was an elementary school teacher for six years. I left teaching to be a stay at home mom and raised two boys. When my sons were teenagers, I returned to education part time and was a two year old head teacher at a church nursery school. I loved the children, the program, the other teachers, and I had a special connection with the parents. I did that for five years. I unfortunately had to leave the school to work and help my husband in his office. A few years later I was asked if I would be the director of the school. Since it was a morning program, I was able to work at the school and at the office . I held that position until I retired.
