Hi! My name is Ashley Boatwright, I am a 24 year-old from Atlanta, Ga. I graduated GA Southern University with a Business Administration Degree in Management in 2023 and relocated to FL upon my graduation. I have 11 years of combined experience in babysitting, nannying, and working in quality-rated daycares. I am currently a nanny for 3 girls age 2-7 and started when the youngest was a week old. This position included drop offs, pickups, extra curricular actives, household management, and everything in between. I am looking for a new position as the youngest will be starting preschool in August. I started babysitting in middle school and went on to work in child care in high school through an early childhood program where I worked my first job in a daycare setting. I floated between all rooms (3 months to 5 years old) and assisted the lead teachers with whatever was needed. This included feedings, changing, activities, learning time, nap time, and many other duties. Through this position, I gained 2 full-time nanny clients and many other babysitting jobs. These positions included babysitting individual kids, multiple children, infants, toddlers, elementary kids, and special needs children. During the summers I was a full-time/part-time nanny to 3 different families with kids aged 2-8. When I left for college I got a job at a quality-rated daycare in Statesboro where I was a co-lead teacher for a class of 1 to 2-year-olds. I then went on to nanny for a family with 2 kids aged 7-9 and was their nanny for 2 years. My duties included picking the kids up from school, taking them to extracurriculars, meal time, and homework, taking them out and about to get out of the house, and helping them navigate being a kid.
