I am a childcare provider with 10+ years of experience who has worked in a variety of settings from science museums to Montessori schools in addition to extensive experience as a private nanny. My focus is working with neurodivergent children, and I bring to the table both work experience and lived experience. I have experience cooking for a variety of dietary needs (vegan, Celiac, Kosher, severe food allergies). I have worked with medically complex children that require oral and subcutaneous medication, feeding tube management, and other assistance with ADLs. Additional, I have worked as a paraeducator for ASD children and adults and have training on safely deescalating and interrupting harmful behaviors. I hold a "Basic Life Support" credential, which is the expanded " healthcare professional" version of a CPR/first aid class. In my downtime, I am a very active person and like to dance, rock climb, and do aerial arts (think Cirque du Soleil!). I have one cat who goes hiking adventures with me and one cat who prefers strongly to stay home.
