  Parents, I am a full-time special education high school English teacher (of 17 years) and mom of two kids, Isla (10) and (Landon) 8. They spend every other weekend with their dad, so that leaves me with a lot of free time to help you. Hello! I’m working with a 4.5 and 3 year old part time now. I’ve coached and lead kids ages 4-12 in training and completing triathlons and run races. I’m a mother of 3, all college age. I was a competitive triathlete for 5 years finishing my first Ironman a year after my twins were born.
